We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of the crypto landscape.
What youâll do:
- Manage partnerships between Bitpanda and crypto projects, including Bitpanda Spotlight partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and stakeholder
- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end process of forming strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and product offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring they deliver against defined business objectives and KPIs.
- Represent Bitpanda at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and establish new connections.
What weâre looking for:
- Over 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the crypto and digital assets community.
- In-depth understanding of the crypto industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
