Requirements
- Strong development background using Python, Java, C++ or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in quantitive finance
- Ability to quickly iterate and ship code using test-driven development patterns
- Exceptional judgement, problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
- You may not know much about DeFi but want to dig deeper and learn more, however, good experience and an established network in crypto markets is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design sustainable liquidity solutions, protocol incentives, and formulaic parameter updates for liquidity pools deployed on the platform
- Run simulations to track and measure risk across market scenarios
- Ensure code and data quality to showcase reproducible work
- Take control of the creation and maintenance of risk management frameworks including stress tests, risk analysis, and reports to support product architecture
- Create and maintain a back-testing framework
- Envision and develop features to help build new applications
- Demonstrate a strong quantitive background with experience in modelling and risk management
