We are seeking an experienced Community Moderator who possesses expertise in overseeing community chats of blockchain and cryptocurrency companies. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering engaging discussions, moderating chats and ensuring a positive and informative environment for our growing community of enthusiasts.

About the Role

    • Welcome new members to the community, introducing them to the culture, norms, and values.
    • Guide newcomers in understanding the community's goals, mission, and vision.
    • Assist in onboarding, ensuring new members have access to necessary resources and tools.
    • Monitor Analog’s community chat groups for user interactions and community discussions.
    • Serve as a point of contact for community members seeking advice, or guidance.
    • Ensure community members adhere to the chat rules and take appropriate actions against any violations.
    • Engage with community members, addressing any inquiries, and concerns in a prompt, professional and helpful manner.
    • Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content, such as spam, scams, hate speech, or harassment to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all community members.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Analog, blockchain technology, crypto trends and community campaigns to provide accurate information and guidance to community members.
    • Maintain records of moderation activities, including user reports and moderation actions taken.

About You

    • Language Skills: Must be a native or fluent Chinese speaker with excellent proficiency in English, capable of interacting professionally and effectively in both languages.
    • 2+ years of experience moderating community chat groups of blockchain- or crypto-related projects on social platforms, preferably Telegram and Discord.
    • Able to effectively utilize moderation tools, bots, and other relevant software applications to improve the overall management and control of the chat groups, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all users.
    • Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DApps to better moderate chats and respond to community questions.
    • A strong and accurate understanding of Analog and its products to field generic community questions regarding the company.
    • Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
    • Ability to multitask and excel at attention to detail.
    • Able to escalate technical or complicated community questions about Analog to pertinent team members to facilitate more streamlined and comprehensive responses.
    • Friendly and proactive attitude to maintain a positive overall community environment.
$500 - $500 a month
