What We Do
The growth marketing team focuses on building scalable systems to drive adoption in three key areas:
- User Acquisition: Strategies to onboard new crypto users through paid ads, KOLs, and large-scale video campaigns.
- Engagement + Retention: Programs to keep users active within the TON ecosystem.
- Expanding Adoption: Partnerships that amplify awareness and drive growth for TON and its projects.
We are seeking for a dynamic Community Growth Manager to drive social media engagement. Your role involves crafting targeted marketing and engagement campaigns to boost user acquisition and foster community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve robust growth of engagement across all channels - Mainly Telegram and Twitter
- Help the Marketing Lead in identifying content opportunities for community growth, engagement, and conversation improvements.
- Publish and curate content on social platforms.
- Participate in and organize online community events such as quests, community calls, AMAs, and more to grow our community and boost brand awareness.
- Deal with influencers, partners, and other outlets in the community
- Engage with the community through outreach efforts and interactions.
- Address comments and user queries promptly and effectively.
- Identify and analyze relevant community metrics to inform decision-making.
- Provide summarized community feedback to management.
- Create compelling multimedia content for social media.
- Stay informed about marketing trends and cryptocurrency technology, analyzing consumer behavior to refine marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Social Media and Growth/Community Manager role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to solve problems independently and think creatively.
- Familiarity with growth, community engagement metrics, and measurement tools.
- Must be hands-on and able to execute a variety of tasks as required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, fostering positive community interactions.
- Capacity to develop original and engaging content.
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and its applications.
