We are Spaace.io and our mission is simple: Make NFTs Great Again. We believe in breaking down barriers to entry, making Web3 as accessible and rewarding as possible.

We were born from the community and built for the community—and now, we’re looking for a Head of Community to help grow, engage, and empower our ecosystem.

Role Overview:

As Head of Community, you will be the face, voice, and driving force behind our engagement strategy. You’ll work across Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster, and more to onboard new users, educate the community, and drive adoption. You’ll also work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Strategy Officers to identify KOLs, influencers, and community leaders, ensuring they represent the brand at major Web3 events.

💰 Compensation at Spaace

We operate on a token-based compensation model to start, with future opportunities for base salary, performance-based incentives, and potential equity. Compensation structures will evolve based on individual performance, contribution, and long-term alignment with Spaace’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth & Engagement:

  • Work with our CMO to develop and execute a high-energy community strategy across Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Farcaster.
  • Actively engage with users, answer questions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newcomers.
  • Build and grow the company’s Reddit presence, increase karma, and foster meaningful discussions.
  • Facilitate daily to weekly Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and live discussions to educate and engage the community.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth:

  • Onboard new NFT collections, tokens, and Web3 projects to our platforms.
  • Work with teams to build partnership strategies and launch campaigns for new projects.
  • Identify and onboard KOLs, influencers, and ambassadors to represent our brand at major events like NFT Paris, NFT NYC, and Consensus.

Content & Thought Leadership:

  • Post educational blogs, guides, and updates across all platforms.
  • Lead AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and Q&As with industry experts.
  • Establish Spaace.io as the leader in the NFT and Web3 space.

Moderation & Support:

  • Recruit and manage community moderators to assist in answering questions and driving engagement.
  • Ensure all community platforms are safe, engaging, and free from spam/scams.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the community.

Boots on the Ground:

  • Be active, available, and part of the culture—you should be chronically online and deeply involved in Web3 discussions.
  • Attend major Web3 events to network, onboard users, and represent the brand.
  • Stay ahead of Web3 trends, memes, and developments, ensuring the brand remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in community management, growth, or Web3 marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Web3, NFTs, DeFi, and tokenized ecosystems.
  • Active on Reddit, Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, with a proven track record of engaging in Web3 discussions.
  • Experience managing or moderating large online communities.
  • Strong public speaking & content creation skills—must be comfortable hosting AMAs, podcasts, and Twitter Spaces.
  • Bonus: Experience onboarding NFT projects, tokens, or blockchain developers to a platform.
  • Bonus: Already have high Reddit karma and a history of answering Web3 questions.
