BeInCrypto is looking for a talented Community Manager to own and elevate our presence on X (formerly Twitter) by growing our audience, boosting engagement, and strengthening our brand voice.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute content strategies for X to drive follower growth and engagement.
  • Monitor trends, mentions, and hashtags to stay ahead of industry conversations and proactively interact with our audience.
  • Build relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and other key players in the crypto ecosystem to amplify our reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement rate) and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Respond to user inquiries and manage community feedback to ensure a positive brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, PR) to align messaging and support broader campaigns.

Requirements

  • Understand how to grow a strong community on Crypto Twitter.
  • Understand trading and investing principles, particularly in crypto.
  • Work with editorial to find insightful content that appeals to the crypto audience, particularly traders.
  • Create posts that are valuable and/or engaging to the crypto community by staying on top of trends.
  • Proven experience managing a social media account, with a strong focus on X (formerly Twitter).
  • Crypto expertise: In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and Web3 trends.
  • A track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • A self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
