About the Position:

We're looking for a Community Manager with a solid understanding and experience of building and maintaining the crypto ecosystem communities. We need someone who is both creative and diligent, eager to thrive in a fast-paced start-up and motivated by the opportunity to build something new from the ground up.

Under the oversight of the Head of Marketing you will build and scale the community ensuring it is active and engaged.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar.
- Fluent English.
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling community initiatives and teams at top projects or blue-chip DeFi protocols, achieving growth KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, including current trends, memes, on-chain interactions, and prominent CT figures.
- Mastery of Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
- Experience in organizing ambassador or community engagement programs.
- Skilled in running and managing lead generation and nurture campaigns, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to gather insights from the community and communicate them effectively to the development and business teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with graphic design or video editing software for creating engaging content quickly.
- Proficiency in multiple languages to interact with a diverse global community.
- A large following on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, or YouTube to amplify the community’s reach.

Your responsibilities include:

- Work with business development and marketing teams to create initiatives that expand and engage the community on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Maintain a constant online presence to keep the community lively and informed about key updates and alpha leaks from the development team.
- Design and implement incentive structures, contests, and programs to activate the community and encourage the creation of educational, brand-promoting, and entertaining content.
- Shape and guide the brand’s voice within the community, reflecting Aurora core values both technically and culturally.
- Manage community moderators across multiple regions as the international community grows.
- Monitor and analyze community growth KPIs, providing quantifiable and data-driven insights.
- Relay community feedback and needs to the business development and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on leading trends and narratives in the crypto space and share relevant information with internal teams.
