The Role. We are seeking a Community Manager to engage with our community and foster a positive, interactive environment. You will help organize community engagement efforts, manage a team of moderators, and collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams. Your work will shape our community's experience and contribute to the growth and evolution of Grass. This role offers the potential for growth into a lead position, providing opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and make a significant impact on our community strategy. Who You Are
At least 2 years of experience in community management, particularly in tech or startup environments. Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in managing multiple relationships and expectations. Organized and effective in managing community interactions and feedback.
What Youâll Be Doing
Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow our community, including managing online forums, social media, and live events. Write, edit, and communicate ideas to a diverse audience, shaping the community narrative. Lead and mentor a team of moderators, ensuring active and positive community interactions. Work with founders and the marketing team to align community activities with broader business objectives. Gather and relay community insights to inform product and marketing strategies. Establish and manage systems for collecting and analyzing community feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Collaborate on content creation for educational and promotional purposes, ensuring alignment with community interests and company values.
