Overview

We’re looking for a community manager to guide, grow, and wield our blessed cult of modular maxis to maximum effect, serving as the connective membrane between Blockless, the distributed group of people that power our network (both physical and social) and the wider world.Â
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced crypto community manager or marketer with a track record of building and engaging with crypto and web3 developer communities. Basement dwellers welcome, just set your limit orders before clocking in, okay?
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the Blockless community on various platforms, including social media, forums, and online communities. They will also be responsible for creating and implementing community-building strategies, moderating discussions, and coordinating community events and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies for community growth and active engagement, working closely with the marketing and product teams.
- Create engaging content and memes to educate and entertain the community.
- Head a team of community moderators, overseeing their tasks, scheduling, and performance, and offering constant feedback.
- Detect and communicate significant community feedback and market opportunities to the team.
- Set up and manage Discord channels, ensuring proper permissions, bots, and security protocols are in place.
- Track, analyze, and report on the community's dynamics and the success of different campaigns, proposing strategies for betterment.
- Organize and execute community events, both virtual and physical.
Requirements
- English native speaker
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and community management within the crypto industry.Â
- Strong written communication skills
- Proven track record in building and engaging online communities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
