As we continue expanding our reach and offerings, we seek a dynamic Community Lead to drive growth for Leather Wallet and other products. The Opportunity: Join Trust Machines as our inaugural community lead, activating our growing Leather community. You’ll be our community advocate for bringing millions of Bitcoin users together. You will be an ambassador for Leather. The Community Lead will lead our community efforts and report to our Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with deep experience in engaging communities and innovative content creation. What You'll Do:

Create an initial Leather community and recruit a core set of advocates to it, empowering them to spread the brand Manage the recruiting, activation, and retention of ambassadors Form relationships with relevant influencers and community members, both online and offline Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends. Lead and facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and other interactive activities to encourage active participation and dialogue within the community. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, product, and customer support teams to align community initiatives with business goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

Full-time availability; can work across ET - CET timezones with overlap from 10AM-2PM ET 2+ years of experience in a similar role, at a web3 company Must have web3 industry experience  Creative thinker with a love for storytelling and content creation. Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles. Strong understanding of community dynamics, online engagement strategies, and social media platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with high adaptability and soundness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

Someone who is passionate about Bitcoin and has a desire to push the internet forward through innovation. An independent, self-motivated individual who is passionate about the possibilities for Self-custody wallets & Web3 identities.

What We Offer:

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Trust Machines also include equity + token incentives + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).   • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
