About the Role

Are you looking to be a part of one of the most influential dApps in the blockchain industry and contribute to the crypto revolution that is changing the world? Rhino.fi is looking for a Social & channel Manager to join our rapidly growing team, working shoulder to shoulder with experts at an international level, building our brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage the day to day content and community building across our social channels (primarily X, Discord, Reddit)
  • Manage the day to day building and execution of our quests and external challenge channels (ie Layer3, Galxe etc)
  • Manage community engagement, fostering brand advocacy and loyalty across our channels
  • Actively research and monitor new channels for us to develop into (ie Farcaster)
  • Actively research and monitor new KOLs or community for us to develop relationships with
  • Create compelling and engaging content for our social media channels, including Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and more.
  • Work with our design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics across all channels, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in social media/community management and content creation in web3. 
  • Experience working in crypto, ideally for a B2C product/project on an EVM chain
  • A strong interest & involvement in crypto/blockchain space and ability to copywrite for this audience
  • A proven track record managing campaigns from ideation through to execution across 
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to our target audience.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a rapidly growing business.
  • Native English speaker & writer

  • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
