Responsibilities
- Actively interact with the community through various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to help community members answer questions
- Manage, build upon relationships with partners
- Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams to help formulate product development and marketing strategies
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives
- Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and work on executing and measuring performance
- Constantly work on new content, channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and growth
- Develop and operationalize campaigns/contests/initiatives to engage KOLs and drive incremental results
Requirements
- Understand cryptocurrency related terminology and trends, and have a keen interest in cryptocurrency culture
- Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading platform, especially in on-chain trading platform of Web3 wallet
- Adapt to flexible and extended working hours to engage with KOLs and communities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask
- Mature business experience, strong sense of ownership
- Strong passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
