Also, to continually share product feedback and market intel to drive Uniswap’s growth and success globally. Be in the mix, be deep in the local crypto community. Represent Uniswap everywhere — and share market intel back with HQ

Serve as representative in Discord, triaging across internal Uniswap Labs teams, spanning support, developer relations, and community Actively advocate for Uniswap in relevant community channels, including Telegram (potentially also Reddit and Signal) and social platforms to develop a loyal and growing community Organize small meet-ups with clear outcome of educating and promoting Uniswap developer tools Propose joint efforts with relevant crypto projects in the region to increase activation Provide weekly reports on activities, metrics, and next proposals

Requirements of the role:

Background as a community manager with deep technical expertise on trading protocols Self-identified crypto degen who has deep involvement in the crypto and in particular the crypto trading community over several years in this geography Deep understanding of Uniswap protocol and products to the point where they can answer most questions about how to use, value props, comparison to other products/protocols, etc. Deep network within and across projects in the region’s crypto communities High integrity and ability to align to Uniswap’s brand and presence standards Fluent in local language(s) and English Willingness to travel to NYC 1x/quarter as needed Willingness to work US ET hours 1-2 days per week.

  • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
