We are seeking a highly motivated Associate, Community Growth to join our dynamic team and report to the Senior Manager, Growth Social. This role is critical to driving user engagement and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Web3 Community Management:
- Oversee discussions in Web3-native platforms like Discord, Telegram, social media, and decentralized forums.
- Facilitate meaningful conversations around crypto security and safety, crypto transactions and trading, and emerging Web3 innovations.
- Enforce community guidelines and manage conflict resolution in decentralized spaces.
- Strategic Engagement & Ecosystem Building
- Design initiatives that increase participation in crypto discussions and incentivize contributions.
- Organize AMAs, workshops, and educational campaigns on complex Web3 concepts.
- Leverage token incentives and gamification to drive engagement and community-driven development.
- Thought Leadership & Education
- Stay ahead of trends in crypto trading, private keys, encryption, smart contracts, decentralized identity, zero-knowledge proofs, and interoperability.
- Create content and educational material explaining deep Web3 topics in an accessible manner.
- Engage with Web3 influencers, developers, and thought leaders to strengthen ecosystem presence.
- Cross-Team & Ecosystem Collaboration

Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2+ years in community management, customer support, or social media in Web3, cryptocurrency, or decentralized governance.
- Deep understanding of Web3, safety and security in cryptocurrency, and smart contracts.
- Platform Expertise:
- Proficiency in managing Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for App Store and Google Play reviews.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to track, analyze, and report community sentiment and engagement metrics.
- Experience identifying issue patterns and translating user feedback into actionable insights.
- Creative Understanding:
- Skilled in designing engagement strategies with token incentives and gamification.
