Bankless is looking for an Intern to join our social media team who can cook up dank crypto memes, hunt for breaking news and pitch new ideas for posts, support scheduling content across platforms, & work side-by-side with our Socials Lead. Weâre looking for the best of the best!
The right candidate should have the ambition and technical chops to help Bankless drive the most exciting conversations in crypto. Bankless has hundreds of thousands of crypto-native subscribers across our platforms, including some of the industryâs most respected builders and investors. Thereâs no better stage to bring attention and engagement to your work.
Responsibilities:Brainstorming new content with the team (create hype and on-brand memes)
Work with our Socials Lead to draft, schedule, and post content across all our platforms
Bringing engaging personality and tone to our content while also tapping into Banklessâs distinct voice (donât worry if you donât know what that is, weâll teach you how to use the voice Lisan al Gaib >
Staying ahead of trends and aggressively seeking out whatâs hot and trending across the interwebs and Web3
Writing high-engagement social media threads of your own creation (or adaptations of our articles and news pieces)
Ideal Candidate:Certified Meme Lord (send us the memes youâre proudest of!)
Knows how crypto users think and what topics they care about
Graphic design chops
Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with the team
Experience with SocialFi platforms like Lens and Farcaster
Has a portfolio of existing crypto & Web3 posts/threads/memes/videos
Experience with platforms like Twitter (never gonna call it X), TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. [Itâs okay if you specialize in some but not all of these. Weâll get you up to speed!]
Nice to Haves:Video editing experience (or experience being behind the camera!)
