About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to scale product usage and drive product features for Pike, a next-gen decentralized lending protocol.

In this role, you won’t just manage features—you’ll experiment, iterate, and execute at speed to unlock new product growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product and growth teams to make data-driven decisions that maximize product adoption and impact.

What you’ll do

  • Experiment Relentlessly – Identify, design, and run high-velocity experiments to drive data-driven growth decision-making.
  • Unlock New Growth Channels – Optimize onboarding flows, acquisition strategies, and retention mechanisms to expand our reach.
  • Make Everything Measurable – Push for deeper tracking, analytics, and data-driven insights across all initiatives.
  • Own & Amplify Products – Drive the development of new features that enhance the power of our product suite.
  • Debug & Improve – Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across products, services, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with growth, engineering, and marketing to drive a cohesive product strategy.

What we’re looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience (startup experience will be a bonus) ****
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English – You’ll be working with cross-functional teams, users, and partners across regions, strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
  • End-to-end product execution experience – You’ve built, launched, and iterated on products from zero to one.
  • Growth-oriented mindset – You have high self awareness, enjoys experiments and driven by marginal improvements.
  • Bias for action – Comfortable working with finite resources yet driven to ship the best possible version of a product ****on time while keeping an eye on continuous improvement.
  • Creative problem solver – You can incorporate data-driven analytics, user feedback, and business strategy ****to create novel solutions.
  • Highly adaptable & independent – You thrive in ****remote, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, Web3 or early stage startups.
  • Background in computer science, software development, product management.
  • Side projects, venture experience, or entrepreneurial mindset – We love builders!
  • Familiarity with DeFi, DAOs, and Web3 ecosystems.
