-Market Analysis: Constantly monitor and analyze emerging trends and competitor activities within the Web3 sector using popular portals like Messari.

- Conference Participation: Regularly attend conferences to stay updated on the latest developments and establish valuable industry connections.

- Communication and Coordination: Lead calls and discussions with blockchain projects and coordinate integration efforts. Communicate vital information across teams efficiently.

- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of different blockchain ecosystems. Stay on top of all new developments and trends in the crypto landscape.

-Partner Relations: Negotiate partnerships, and establish collaborative groups aimed at driving integration and growth.

- Management: Create and manage pipelines, continually seeking new partners and opportunities for integration.

- Systematic Approach: Maintain a structured and organized approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.

- Professional Experience: At least 2 years in Web3.

- Skillset: Outstanding in execution, communication, presentation, and negotiation.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are welcome.

- Resilience: Ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
