About this role: They are hiring a talented Lead Brand Designer to join their brand design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand team projects, managing client communication and task coordination
• Mentor and guide team members
• Develop and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.) and oversee all aspects of brand design for projects
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across Marketing and Product
• Continuously refine concepts to keep the brand relevant and relatable to our audiences
• Nice to have: Illustration or graphic design skills
  
  

• MUST HAVE: A portfolio showcasing brand and visual design work with a strong design sensibility
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
• Participate in constructive design critiques
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and iterate quickly
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and frequent communication
• Proficiency in prototyping with tools like Figma, Illustrator, etc.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, yet collaborative and receptive to group critique
