Blue Cube Services is excited to recruit experienced KYC Analysts to work on a project for the world's leading software platform for digital assets.
Our cryptocurrency client is experiencing unprecedented growth in customers’ onboarding onto their products. As part of our client’s commitment to providing the world's most secure crypto platform, our client is looking to add experienced KYC Analysts to the team to manually inspect, review and verify KYC applications, as well as interact with customers directly during the KYC verification process on an as-needed basis.
This role will work closely with our client’s global Customer Success team on a fully remote and contract basis. Successful candidates will be expected to provide timely, accurate, and friendly service for all customers who apply to use our clients services. Successful candidates must have previous KYC experience and also be able to respond to customers on tickets & email with great written accuracy and a customer-centric attitude.
**Please note that this role is paid in cryptocurrency and is a self-employed role. You are responsible for your own tax declarations**
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manually review and verify or reject incoming KYC applications that our automated software has flagged for human intervention.
- Respond to customers who have raised tickets specifically about KYC applications.
- Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team and provide feedback as required to the rest of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of previous KYC experience is a must for this position
- Unquestionable trustworthiness and integrity
- Timely and accurate review of KYC information on client files

- Strong English written and verbal skills
- 18 years of age or older with previous work or internship experience
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies is an advantage but is not required - training will be provided
- Candidates must have access to an appropriate laptop with a camera or a webcam and a phone capable of running Google authenticator software
- Candidates must be prepared to submit to further background / security checks if required
SCHEDULING
- Successful candidates will receive training in crypto and KYC service from our clients in house training team.
- Opportunities for role progression for top performers.
- Shifts will be flexible based on our incoming workloads and the availability of contractors. We operate a 24/7 business so shifts offered will cover all time zones.
This role is paid hourly in cryptocurrency, rates vary from $10-$15 per hour based on experience and location. Successful candidates are responsible for their own tax declarations
