As a Twitter Community Manager at Bloxley, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies on X (Twitter). You will create and curate content and ideas for our Twitter channel, analyze social media metrics, and optimize our social media strategies. You will also collaborate with other team members to align our social media efforts with our business objectives.

- Proven experience leading social marketing or communications for a Neo Bank or web3 company and/or financial services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, editing skills, and experience presenting and defending plans to senior leaders
- Excellent knowledge of X (Twitter) and other social media channels, as well as an ability to tailor strategies to reach multiple consumer audiences at once
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute with ease in a high-speed environment and build systems that allow for ease in managing content
- A prior interest in and understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and/or NFT technology and Neo Banking
- Ability to adapt quickly to change in a highly dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; exhibits flexibility, resilience, and grace under pressure
