Director of Business Development - Full Time W2
Salary Range:-
$150,000 - $190,000
Location:- New York, NY. (Onsite office based position)
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Promote Prometheum’s brand and build awareness and consideration in the marketplace.
- Research, identify and evaluate leads/prospects and continuously search for and uncover new opportunities.
- Lead sales pitches and deliver product demos to all seniority levels within a potential partner organization.
- Develop offers and proposals for partners.
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally for conferences & customer meetings.
Qualifications
- 7+ Years of sales & business development experience.
- Experience working in a sales role for a firm in the Digital Asset Security or Crypto exchange space.
- Experience working in the Financial services or Fintech industry is required.
- A strong entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit with a drive to work at a consistently high level.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- Excellent team player who is also able to work without supervision.
- A strong understanding of the U.S. financial markets.
