What you'll do:
- Greet visitors and team members with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assisting visitors and team members in finding their way around the office
- Announcing visitors as necessary
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Provide excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments
What you'll need:
- Prior experience as a receptionist
- Be meticulous, consistent, and reliable at work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week in the office, home office work is not possible
