About the Role
Youâll be helping Tensor design new products that will touch millions, and one day billions, of crypto users.
You will:
- Conduct product interviews to understand user requirements
- Create beautiful, intuitive and easy to follow UI/UX flows
- Own all of branding
- Work with the rest of the product org to deliver a top 1% product
You are:
- Excited about web3/crypto/NFTs. We really cannot overstate this - youâll be joining a team of web3 nerds
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products - ideally both mobile and desktop
- Have a rich portfolio of previous work
- Proficient in Figma
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in crypto/web3/trading
- Experience working on large scale consumer products
- Formal product design education & background
- Ability to do art/illustration

Weâre remote-first. The founding team is in Toronto, and youâre welcome to join us there, but you donât have to.
What does a web3 designer do?
A web3 designer is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for websites that are built on the web3 platform
This platform is based on blockchain technology and allows for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) that can be accessed through a web browser
A web3 designer would be responsible for creating the user interface and user experience for these dApps, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate
They would also be responsible for ensuring that the overall design of the dApps is consistent with the brand and aesthetic of the organization or individual that is building the dApps.
