Tasker AI is a YC-backed company developing a the easiest way to build AI agents for automation of workflows and screen scraping.

You must be living at san Francisco at the time of the application, this is an in-person role and there will be an in-person interview.

We are currently seeking a seasoned, creative, and resourceful Crypto growth Associate, Lead or Manager to oversee Crypto protocol developer relation, community, partnership, content and community strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Asset Management:
• Assist in defining and executing the roadmap for all network assets.
• Support the development of a minimum viable protocol specification and the gradual transition of the stack on-chain.
• Help orchestrate multi-season points programs and manage conversion events.
• Contribute to the coordination of token launches, working closely with auction partners, exchanges, and market makers.
• Outbound Communications & Media Strategy:
• Support the creation and execution of media and PR strategies leading up to and following the launch.
• Source speaking engagement at podcasts and web3 conferences for founders
• Assist in running community engagement and in-person events to build and foster a vibrant crypto community.
• Engage and plan events for the DePIN/DeVIN community
• Channel Partnerships:
• Aid in sourcing and managing supply-side partnerships with compute and bandwidth networks.
• Assist in driving demand generation initiatives with other crypto protocols.
• Ecosystem & Developer Relations:
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for third-party developers on the platform.
• Engage with and support the broader ecosystem to enhance the protocol reach and influence.
• Content plan Twitter posts, Twitter spaces & Discord engagement
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in the crypto space with a focus on marketing.
• Demonstrated understanding of crypto capital markets and trends.
• Experience with channel partnerships within crypto projects.
• Strong relationships with key players in the crypto ecosystem.
• Ability to thrive in high-variance, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
