Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fund Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fund accounting activities, including net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor fund performance and assist in preparing performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Coordinate with custodians, auditors, and other service providers.
- Assist in the preparation of fund documentation, including offering memoranda and subscription agreements.
- Respond to investor inquiries and provide exceptional client service.
- Support the investment team with data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the fund administration system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Â years of experience in fund administration, accounting, or finance.
- Strong knowledge of investment vehicles and fund structures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the investment industry.
