About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who sees data as a narrative tool, not just a spreadsheet.
In this role, you won’t just pull numbers; you’ll help teams understand user behavior and make better decisions. You’ll work closely with product managers and marketing teams to see how users interact with the product and find ways to improve growth and retention. We’re looking for someone who is curious, asks questions, and enjoys exploring data to find insights. You’ll also receive mentorship and guidance to help you grow your skills as a data analyst.
Your work will help answer questions like: Where are users dropping off? What drives long-term retention? Which product changes meaningfully move our metrics?
What You’ll Do

Analyze product and business questions
Look at user behavior and product data to understand trends
Analyze things like conversion funnels, user activity, and performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve growth and reduce user drop-off

Work with different teams
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
Help turn business questions into data analysis
Share insights that help teams make better decisions

Build useful dashboards
Create dashboards that help teams track performance
Make data easier for teams to explore and understand

Help improve our data systems
Work with the data team to improve data quality
Help organize and define key metrics
Support projects that use data for advanced analytics and AI
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Some experience with data analysis or data-related projects (internships, school projects, etc.)
Basic to strong SQL skills
Interest in analyzing user behavior or product data
Ability to break down unclear business questions into data analysis
Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
Experience with dashboards such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Quicksight
Experience running or analyzing A/B tests
Some knowledge of Python or R
Interest in modern technologies like AI or cloud tools
