Are you the one?

We are looking for a passionate people-oriented program coordinator who will help Nethermind drive and evolve its unique Internship Program, with a specific focus on Starknet Interns.

The Internship Program Coordinator will be fully responsible for providing assistance and support to 100 Starknet focused interns. It’s a great chance to help grow the next generation of blockchain developers and researchers through coaching and project assignments within Nethermind. Work with the great minds in the blockchain ecosystem and build the future of Ethereum and Web3 together with Nethermind.

Responsibilities

Check-in regularly (via Slack or 1/1 call) with all interns to coach and guide them during the internship tenure.

  • Regularly engage with interns via Slack or one-on-one calls to provide coaching and guidance throughout their internship tenure.
  • Assist interns in selecting projects aligned with their interests and facilitate any necessary transitions during the internship period.
  • Monitor interns' participation across communication channels and take proactive measures to integrate those who may be less visible into the community.
  • Cultivate a network within Nethermind's projects and teams to connect interns with relevant stakeholders, particularly within the Starknet domain.
  • Collaborate with the Project Staffing team and Project Managers to understand project requirements, especially within the Starknet domain.
  • Collect monthly performance feedback from interns and present it to individuals and leadership in a structured and measurable format.
  • Collect feedback at the conclusion of each internship, analyze outcomes, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Provide weekly reports on program execution, highlighting key metrics and feedback from participants, with a focus on Starknet Interns.

  • Proficient in prioritizing and efficiently managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration, with the ability to diplomatically navigate diverse perspectives.
  • Strong ability to connect with people, provide career coaching, conduct one-on-one sessions, and gather constructive feedback.
  • Understanding of IT domain and skills needed to develop software, with a focus on the Starknet ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Competent in utilizing technology tools such as Notion, Excel, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and sound decision-making abilities to adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Effective managerial and time-management skills to oversee program execution and drive results.
