Work side by side with senior traders Learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs Build and maintain trading models Enhance existing trades; identify and pursue new opportunities Liaise between trading group, internal company departments, and OTC relationships Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and specific skills

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and on track to graduate by Summer 2026 Possess a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, high-pressure environment Detail-oriented, organized and diligent Ability to maintain composure and communicate clearly when under pressure Ability to succeed working as part of a diversified team Strong interest in trading and energy markets in particular Strong understanding of math, probability, and statistics High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA; SQL, python, statistical modeling, other programming experience is a plus Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking

Annual compensation range: $85K - $100K + discretionary bonus eligibility DV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
