About ABC Labs: We believe access to stable money is a human right. Almost two billion people around the world don't have a safe place to store their money or are excluded from financial services such as payments and credit. Struggles with inflationary currencies prevent families and communities from building basic economic security. To help solve this, we created the Reserve Protocol, a free, permissionless platform on the Ethereum mainnet and Base L2 to build, deploy and govern asset-backed currencies referred to as “RTokens.” RTokens are always 1:1 asset-backed, allowing for permissionless minting and redeeming on-chain by users without the need for any middlemen. RTokens are over-collateralized and by default governed independently by RSR stakers in a fully decentralized manner. More information on our mission and the people behind it can be found here.Summary: We are looking for an analyst who can support the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive DeFi incentives strategy as well as the accompanying token operations and reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, interested/passionate about DeFi, and well versed in performing analyses using tools like SQL and Excel. SF Bay Area preferred, willing to consider remote in United States. Responsibilities:

Support Token Operations for ABC Labs to facilitate onchain DeFi activity Oversee tracking and reporting of token incentives to analyze and measure KPIs for Reserve and ABC Labs Identify possible ways to automate or streamline tracking/reporting processes for increased efficiency around the organization Work closely with DeFi Incentives Lead to develop strategies to improve incentive efficiency and increase RToken TVL and adoption Defi Performance Marketing Strategy - Learn about various DeFi protocols, monitor CAC and determine if it makes economic sense given our LTV and payback period. Develop models to assess potential growth impact of new opportunities for Rtokens in DeFi Prototype and build ecosystem tools like Dune dashboards and other utilities for RToken deployers and governors

Qualifications:

You are a detail oriented, tenacious, problem solver who is passionate about DeFi You are methodical and have excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities You are familiar with popular DeFi protocols and curious to learn more about the industry, competitive landscape, and product offerings to improve operations of the organization Analytical + problem solving skills: Don’t accept “this is how it's always done” as an answer and need to understand reasoning from first principles. You are comfortable working with data (SQL to get it, google sheets to analyze it) to develop insights You’re comfortable navigating ambiguous and fast paced environments and are energized by the prospect of helping build processes with little guidance. Insatiable hunger for improvement: you’re a naturally curious person, enjoy digging into the data, and regularly solicit feedback Benefits:
