Let’s go!Your mission As a Senior Art Director / Designer at Bitpanda, you’ll be working with a diverse team to develop brilliant and original ideas to elevate Bitpanda’s brand and entertain our customers, both existing and potential. What you’ll do

Work on briefs from the marketing and product team to develop fresh concepts and elevate the Brands Design language, leveraging research and insights to develop messages that surprise and delight our audience; Work closely the Global Brand Director to develop the Bitpanda brand through groundbreaking creative work; Proactively develop and suggest ideas for any part of our business, our product, our website, our app, our advertising, our social channels, everywhere; Work together with designers, copywriters, video editors, motion designers to craft your ideas into beautiful advertising; Collaborate with freelancers and external production companies where necessary, we expand our team according to the project

Who you are

6+ years of experience working as a Creative Art Director or Designer in an agency or high-growth tech company; You hold a great portfolio of award winning creative work and are experienced in managing high value film productions. Excellent presentation skills, both in the preparation of decks and the verbal Presentations that go with them; You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable and effective in working with multiple stakeholders in both written and verbal English. More languages are a plus; You have professional experience within or working domain knowledge of the crypto and wider fintech space. What’s in it for you
