About Perle
Perle delivers high-accuracy training and evaluation data for AI teams. We replace generic labeling vendors with expert-in-the-loop pipelines that are faster, more precise, and built for high-stakes use cases.
To expand on this vision, Perle is launching a new division called Perle Labs, a crypto-native ecosystem designed to transform how human input powers AI.
Perle Labs empowers teams to scale, verify, and reward high-quality human input for AI training and evaluation.
The Opportunity
Born from AI veterans from Scale, Amazon, Meta, MIT, and beyond, Perle Labs is looking for a versatile Blockchain Full Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of blockchain and AI. Youâll be building the platform layer of a next-generation AI data platform, one that integrates smart contracts, user wallets, etc.
What you'll do
- Architect and implement smart account systems (e.g. ERC-4337, ERC-7579, Solana equivalents) to streamline contributor onboarding, rewards, and interaction with AI workflows
- Build cross-chain infrastructure for wallet-based contributor identities and unified user experiences across EVM and SVM ecosystems
- Integrate on-chain payments and royalties systems for contributors and data originators
- Work closely with our AI/ML team to turn model feedback, incentives, and user behavior into intelligent, one-click actions
- Implement secure permissioning systems to manage data access, wallet actions, and role-based controls
- Optimize systems for latency, cost-efficiency, and transparency, especially when syncing on-chain and off-chain operations
- Move fast. Youâll ship features quickly based on live user feedback and ecosystem opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack products (Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js)
- Strong experience building and deploying smart contracts on Solana (Rust)
- Solid understanding of DeFi or crypto incentive models
- Familiarity with API design, microservices, and real-time data infrastructure (e.g. WebSockets, GraphQL)
- Strong ownership mentality and product sense, you ship super fast and care about UX
Nice-to-have
- Experience with smart account standards: ERC-4337, 7579, 7702
- Experience building wallet tooling, bridges, or multi-chain infrastructure
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning or human-in-the-loop (HITL) systems
- Open source contributions in AI, blockchain, or data infrastructure
- Experience with incentive design or crypto-based gamification systems
What does a full stack developer in web3 do?
A full stack web3 developer is a developer who has expertise in the full stack of technologies that are used to build web3 applications
These applications use the decentralized, distributed nature of the web3 network to provide users with a secure and decentralized way of accessing and interacting with online services and applications. The responsibilities of a full stack web3 developer will vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the team they are working with
In general, though, a full stack web3 developer will be responsible for: designing and building the front-end and back-end of web3 applications, as well as implementing and maintaining the underlying blockchain infrastructure
This will often involve working with a variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as Solidity for smart contract development, JavaScript and HTML for front-end development, and various blockchain protocols and frameworks. Additionally, a full stack web3 developer may also be responsible for working with the web3 community to help drive adoption and integration of web3 technologies, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and contributing to the broader web3 ecosystem.
