About the Opportunity

With the vision of ensuring service stability as one of the core competitiveness of the company's products, the service stability engineering team has built end-to-end link-level risk management capabilities to achieve sustainable automatic identification and analysis of potential stability risks, and changed from "passive governance" to "active governance", so as to move more stability matters forward and left, prevent them before they occur, and improve user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Continue to build stability tools, including inspection systems, efficient problem root cause diagnosis systems, chaos drill systems, etc., to make problem discovery, location, and analysis more accurate;
  • Continue to pay attention to cutting-edge technology trends, organize the team to learn and improve, and introduce and promote the upgrade and iteration of new technologies in a timely manner.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor degree or above in computer or related major, more than 6 years of experience in R&D and architecture;
  • Proficient in using Golang, mastering Java, and proficient in using Springcloud Microservice technology stack;
  • Proficient in using data calculation and analysis tools such as Flink, Elasticsearch, Clickhouse, Skywalking, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics;
  • Good at discovering, analyzing and solving problems, with clear analytical logic and overall architecture thinking.
  • Bilingual speaking (English and Mandarin) is highly preferred as team will be working across different regions.
  • Practitioners with stability assurance construction, inspection systems, problem source diagnosis systems, and chaos engineering systems are preferred.
