Job Description
AsSenior HR Manager, you will leadrecruitment, retention, and operationsto support LCXâs growth. This is anon-site rolerequiring strong HR expertise intechnology, fintech, or blockchain industries.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Drive hiring for key roles, ensuring LCX attracts top talent in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
Employee Retention & Engagement:Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, career growth, and long-term retention.
HR Operations & Compliance:Oversee HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
Performance Management:Implement effective performance evaluation systems and feedback processes.
Workplace Culture & Development:Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment aligned with LCXâs mission.
Requirements
10+ yearsof HR experience, preferably intechnology, fintech, or blockchain companies.
Expertise inrecruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge ofcrypto, blockchain, and digital asset markets.
Ability to manageHR compliance and labor regulationsin India.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency inHR software and data analytics.
Fluent inEnglish; excellent academic and business English written and spoken.
Experience working with Workable HR Suite
