Shard Labs is a global remote R&D blockchain company with HQ in Zagreb, with a focus on blockchain and smart contract development. We are a fully remote team and we have colleagues from around the world. As one of the leaders in the space we are working on projects for Ethereum Foundation (Sourcify project under Solidity team), Polygon, Polkadot, NEAR, Celo, Lido. We are looking for a Senior Engineer Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
Main Activities:
- Build and manage backend engineering teams and guide the development of services and infrastructure across both web and mobile.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
- Manage a team to break down complex projects into smaller pieces and iterate on their design and implementation.
- Lead the development of smart contracts and the performance of blockchain integration with existing applications.
- Be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team in making diligent architectural decisions.
- Research and test new technologies to use for the project.
- Collaborate with the team, and other stakeholders to maintain a high quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Work with our talent organization to source and hire amazing engineers who will expand the ShardLabs culture and product.
What are we looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineer
- Experience working with WEB3 prefered
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools and blockchain management tools.
- Team Management and Stakeholder Management
- Advanced English level.
