Who You Areย
Technical Expertise
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of proven expertise in React Native development.
- Background in Android development (Kotlin/Java) to support our mobile transition.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Nativeรขยยs component-based architecture.
- Skilled at architecting and delivering robust, scalable mobile solutions.
Leadership and Problem Solving:
- Demonstrated success leading technical initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges.
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ability to champion best practices and guide teams through architecture and implementation.
Communication and Collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled at driving team alignment to bring ambitious projects to life.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with React-Native-Web to extend solutions across platforms.
- Experience with Expo to streamline development workflows.
- Experience with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
What You Will Doย
- Help on leading the migration of our Alpha application from native to React Native, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Work closely with product and design teams to continuously enhance our Alpha product offering.
- Continuously identify and integrate the latest trends and technologies in React Native and mobile development.
- Implement features, ensure high performance, and address performance bottlenecks in React Native applications.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, sharing best practices and driving technical excellence.
- Help design a scalable architecture tailored to our business needs.
