By focusing on mobile-first solutions, we empower developers to create accessible and delightful on-chain interactions for both everyday users and web3 enthusiasts. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mobile Stack Community Marketing Lead to lead the charge in developing our community of web3 builders and evangelists. This full-time role is pivotal to ensuring Mobile Stack’s positioning resonates with developers, building a thriving and engaged community ahead of our token launch. Key Responsibilities

Speak to (i.e., develop positioning and messaging), reach, and help attract web3 builders to build with Mobile Stack and its funding layer. Build a vibrant and engaged community of Mobile Stack builders, contributors, and evangelists who align with Mobile Stack’s mission. Manage and oversee execution across platforms like Discord, X, Telegram, and Farcaster. Own the development and maintenance of Mobile Stack’s key messaging to ensure clarity and alignment with our target audience. Craft compelling narratives that attract web3 builders to the ecosystem. Plan and execute both online and in-person community events, industry campaigns, and other activities to boost participation. Lead and manage a team including a PR agency, contractors, one full-time employee, and freelance brand designers. Strategically orchestrate community-building efforts while balancing hands-on execution with high-level planning.

Identify opportunities to participate in and contribute to key conversations in the web3 ecosystem, amplifying Mobile Stack’s presence and impact. Actively represent Mobile Stack in web3 discussions and events. Monitor and report on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 7+ years in marketing, community building, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in web3.  Proven ability to grow and manage multi-platform communities. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, web3 ecosystems, and decentralized communities. Experience with the EVM ecosystem. Proven track record in community building and marketing to frontend developer audiences. Experience managing external partners (e.g., PR agencies, contractors) and small internal teams.

Creativity and strategic thinking in planning and executing campaigns, events, and community initiatives. Self-starter mindset, capable of balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Ability to coordinate and align internal resources with external marketing contractors and creative agencies. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to measure community engagement and growth.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of tokenomics and experience managing token-based incentive programs. Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating community visuals. Fluency in multiple languages.
