Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Work alongside Tamara Yannay, 28 y.o female entrepreneur founder of two 7-figure brands in the worlds of e-commerce and NFTs and now leading the launch of Open League
  • Help our CEO achieve sharp gains in productivity and impact
  • Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization
  • Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
  • Make sure that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly
  • Ensuring team leaders/managers meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Defining organizational goals
  • Identifying and researching opportunities for business growth
  • Consulting with the human resources department about employment topics
  • As a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth company
  • Desire to work and grow in a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Deep understanding of the technology and industry in which the company operates
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
