We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft high-impact user experiences across TON Studio’s ecosystem surfaces — including TON ID, ton.org, eco.ton.org, and the Telegram Apps Center. Your mission will be to design experiences that drive activation, transactions, and retention across the Telegram + TON Mini Apps ecosystem. You’ll own the full design process, from discovery to launch, and shape the design system that powers the ecosystem at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design: discovery → UX flows → UI → prototypes
- Lead and evolve a shared Ecosystem Design System (tokens, components, motion), ensuring consistency across TON ID, marketing sites, and Telegram Apps Center flows
- Ship measurable improvements to: wallet/TON ID onboarding, Stars spend flows, rewards redemption, offer cards, and Loyalty Program experiences
- Partner with content and SEO teams to deliver high-converting landing pages and intuitive information architecture for eco.ton.org directories
- Collaborate with research to test prototypes and run usability studies; translate insights into actionable design decisions
- Produce developer-ready layouts (states, edge cases, accessibility) and support implementation through launch
Outcomes / KPIs
- ↑ Activation to first transaction (Telegram Apps Center, wallet/LP onboarding)
- ↑ CTR to offers/rewards & conversion to claim
- ↓ Friction in TON ID connect/sign-in (completion rate, time to complete)
- Experiment win rate and time-to-ship for design changes
- Usability score (SUS) and accessibility benchmarks met
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5–7+ years in product design with shipped, data-measured work in growth/commerce or fintech/crypto
- Strong systems/UI craft in Figma; interactive prototyping with Variants, Auto-layout, and Proto
- Experience with design systems and responsive web
- Understanding of Telegram Mini Apps patterns is a strong plus
- English B2+ (Russian a plus)
Nice to Have
- Web3 UX patterns (wallet connect, KYC/region gating, on-chain transactions)
- Motion/micro-interactions; iconography/visual systems
- SEO/marketing surface design (landing frameworks, modular sections)
