Responsibilities:
- Develop content product roadmap and product strategy, build up the product structure to apply for the business growth
- Collaborate with business team to design product features and build up the crypto content platform for users and content creators
- Deep dive data analysis and community feedback, understand and create usage scenarios, improve user experience through effective business strategy
- Finding product improvement and can mobilize multiple resources to quickly improve product experienceÂ
- Produce product requirement documents (PRD) including wireframe, user stories and metrics that inform the success of product design
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, people manager and product leadership experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of the content and social media products, including posts and articles, short videos etc
- Tiktok, reddit or other content platform working background, have the experiences in terms of product leadership and people management
- Have experience in recommendation or searching products
- Strong data sense, with excellent modeling ability, strategy analysis ability and logic analysis ability
- Quick thinking, strong self-motivation, excellent cooperation and communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
