Description: Exodus is looking for a Project Manager to join our team! In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing complex and strategic initiatives for our current and future projects. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, and other departments as needed to provide greater visibility into planning and development, and increase predictability around product delivery. As a member of the team, you will contribute your valuable expertise and experience to ensure projects are effectively managed, risks are mitigated, and strategic objectives are met.  What You Will Do:

Manage the Passkeys project team (Passkeys Wallet is a crypto wallet that web3 apps and dApps can embed. It allows users to create and fund a wallet from within the platform). Support external partner integrations and communication (B2B component). Act as a bridge between design, sales, external partners, and the development team.Collaborate with product and engineering managers to help teams organize and groom backlogs and planned work.  Lead task breakdown, sizing, and dependency coordination for major releases. Partner with stakeholders to implement processes and tools that result in more consistent, predictable product delivery. Contribute to standardizing the project planning process and aligning teams around fundamental project management principles. Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to key stakeholders; collaborate with teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans. Maintain visibility into ongoing key strategic projects with status reporting, project dashboards, and clear communication. 

Who You Are:

3+ years of project management experience. Ability to translate between technical and non-technical business stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully executing software product releases. Ability to foster and build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities and lead teams through change while maintaining a can-do attitude. Experience using Github, Slack, and Asana, or similar communication/project management tools. Expertise working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner in a Scrum or Kanban environment. Excellent written and verbal communicator.

Nice to Haves:

Agile certifications - CSM or CSPO. A history of working at meaningful companies that have successfully brought products to market. Blockchain / Crypto experience.
