We are embarking on our newest venture into the Blockchain entertainment and NFT space and are building a world class team in the process. Impact Theory is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead our company’s project management efforts across our entire ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the PM team to ensure all deliverables meet required deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Utilize JIRA ticketing system to manage workload, project statuses, and deadlines
• Partner with the creative team and technical team to maximize output and explore new opportunities in process and workflows
• Generate detailed workflow documentation and schedule to create a plan and deliver on project goals within expected timeframe
• Work closely with legal and finance to negotiate contracts and keep projects within the allotted budget
• Take product and feature ideas from management and turn them into a logical set of requirements that engineers and designers can work against.
• Help implement efficient processes to increase engineering productivity.
• Determine and create project success metrics for the department
• Ensure the correct stakeholders and cross-functional teams are involved, document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners on commitments
• Validate the organization’s structures, processes, and practices to ensure efficiency of teams

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
• 7+ years experience in a project management capacity
• Proficient in MS Suite, experience with Confluence and Jira
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with numerous teams at any given time while not losing sight of project goals and timelines
• Proven experience managing end-to-end releases
• Experience with and understanding of how the blockchain and the NFT minting process work
• Experience leading end-to-end development and managing features from concept to launch
• Interest and knowledgeable about NFTs including community, culture and tastemakers
• Ability to present information concisely and accurately in an engaging manner
• Highly organized and be able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
