We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator responsible for tasks related to scheduling interviews for candidates with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment, remarkable organizational skills, and attention to detail. In this role, a recruiting coordinator will make the biggest impact by being extremely organized and flexible, while managing the candidate experience and balancing expectations of hiring managers and interviewers. We count on them to help hiring teams stay on top of many fast-moving pieces, and be two steps ahead of everyone. This role is a hands-on, tactical role that provides support in the areas of workforce planning/processing, onboarding, employee engagement, and ad hoc projects as necessary. This is a great opportunity for a go-getter looking to start a new adventure in people ops. You must be comfortable in an ever changing environment.
