Role: IR & Partnerships Manager
Role Mission: Top VCs are eager to invest in LATOKEN and LATOKEN Projects.

Story: LATOKEN needs Top VCs who are eager to invest in us and the projects we represent so that we have a better brand to attract top projects, partners and talent.Key PROBLEM's:

• Raise strategic partnership round of $5m+ by end of April 2022
• Raise >$10M in private placements for crypto projects by end of Q2 2022
• List >50 tokens referred and backed by the VCs by end of Q2 2022

How:

• Prepare the investor materials and all the relevant calculations.
• Actively source investors, participate in investor meetings and assist in closing the deal.
• Sign partnership agreements with the funds, and control that the referred projects are listed
• Work with the listings team to build the pipeline of projects for private placement

Constraints:Investors should have crypto experience.

Main performance number: Revenue from referred VC-backed projects
Second performance number: Funds raised
Third performance number: Private Placements Fees

Requirement skills and experience:

Ideally, you have experience across one of: venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, due diligence.

Business development experience is a plus.

An inherent interest in emerging and established global technology trends and developments (particular emphasis on the start-up ecosystem) with a good knowledge of key fintech and DeFi/blockchain players and trading/fintech business models would be helpful.

You need to have a genuine desire to be part of a very dynamic, successful and growing company – and see the job and growth of the company as a large part of your life.

You would be required to work very long hours, in a demanding, but rewarding work environment.

Desired skills Presentation development, Financial modelling, Negotiations, Python/SQL queries and big data in general, research and analysis.

Having financial or accounting qualifications such as CFA or CIMA would be advantageous, as well as an MBA
