About ABC Labs:

Reserve.org is a cryptocurrency project. We want money that doesn’t inflate like USD, but isn’t volatile like Bitcoin. We believe the global reserve currency should be an index of the world’s assets: stocks, bonds, gold, real estate, and more. That’s the ultimate purpose of the Reserve protocol, which lets anyone create a new currency backed 1:1 by a collection of tokenized assets.

ABC Labs contributes to the development of the Reserve protocol and helps to support and grow the Reserve ecosystem.

You can learn more about the vision and the Reserve team here: https://beforeyouapply.com/group/early-stage-protocol-team-at-reserve.

  • Work with our team of experienced Solidity developers to port the core protocol & governance logic from Solidity to a Rust program for the SVM.
  • Build reusable components, unit & integration tests, deployment scripts, FE integration code, and any necessary automation, and continually raise the code quality and developer experience bar.
  • Write detailed documentation and well-documented code.
  • Work with an external team of auditors to mitigate any issues they find.
  • Assist our development team in onboarding them to the Solana dev-ex.
  • Recommend tooling, infrastructure, and best practices for Solana development.
  • Guide the integration of the frontend (most of the frontend will be built by our frontend team)

Requirements:

  • Senior-level ability to write well-tested and performant code in Rust.
  • Familiarity with DeFi-focused Solana programs and their frontend integration points.
  • A security-first mindset; our security standards are extreme.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • A schedule that can accommodate being online for at least 11am - 2pm EST - we are flexible on location though!

Bonus:

  • Production-level experience at a Solana-based Defi startup.
  • Can read & write solidity
  • Experience integrating with bridges like Wormhole and / or Layer Zero.

Benefits:

  • Do something meaningful; Be a part of the future of stable money, helping people around the world access a safe and transparent financial system.
  • Fast moving, challenging and unique business problems.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary + token grant.
  • Stability: We have significant funding and a long financial runway.
  • Purpose: ABC Labs helps people beat hyperinflation, and aims to eradicate it entirely.
