What We’re Looking For.

• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 1–2 years in Web3 development.
• Deep hands-on experience building on Solana (Rust/Anchor framework preferred).
  Strong grasp of smart contracts, token standards (SPL, ERC), and decentralized architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like Solana CLI, Phantom wallet integration, Metaplex, or Serum.
• Exposure to Ethereum and related ecosystems (Solidity, Hardhat, Ethers.js) is a big plus.
• Understanding of Web3 security standards, best practices, and gas optimization techniques.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and strong debugging/problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with product and design teams.

What You’ll Do 📲.

• Design, build, and deploy smart contracts and on-chain programs on Solana.
• Create efficient, secure, and scalable decentralized gaming systems.
• Work with the product team to bring core gameplay mechanics and tokenomics to life.
• Integrate wallets, NFTs, and token transactions into seamless user experiences.
• Review and improve security, performance, and reliability of Web3 components.
• Explore cross-chain interactions or integrations with Ethereum and other L1/L2s.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative tech ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and backend teams for end-to-end testing and deployments.
