As the Head of Blockchain, you will play a pivotal role in integrating blockchain technology into our games, exploring new opportunities for blockchain implementation, and enhancing player experiences through decentralized solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with blockchain technology providers, platforms, and communities to leverage synergies and drive strategic partnerships for mutual benefit.
  • Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with developers to integrate blockchain technology seamlessly into new and existing games, ensuring compatibility and functionality across platforms.
  • Smart Contract Development: Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to design and implement smart contracts aimed at enabling various in-game functionalities, including asset ownership, item trading, and reward distribution. Ensure security and efficiency throughout the process.
  • NFT Implementation: Lead the integration of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) into our games, including the design and minting of the NFTs as well as the implementation of the in-game NFT trading platform.
  • Blockchain Research: Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in blockchain technology, exploring potential applications and innovations relevant to the gaming industry.
  • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement security measures for player assets and regulatory compliance in blockchain gaming.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to internal teams on blockchain integration processes, best practices, and protocols.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. An advanced degree or certification in blockchain technology is a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in leading cross-functional teams in the development of blockchain products.
  • Experience as a blockchain engineer focused on Ethereum or other relevant blockchain platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and cryptographic principles.
  • Experience with NFT standards (e.g., ERC-721, ERC-1155) and related technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and protocols is desirable.
