Nimbus is a research team that focuses on developing an Ethereum client and library. We believe that the largest deployment of Ethereum will potentially be on embedded systems and Nimbus is designed to perform well on embedded, mobile and generally resource-restricted devices. Building the stack from the ground up, we’re translating the latest Ethereum research into practical, performant and reusable libraries to provide a fertile exploration ground for further R&D.  Check out our latest update!  The role: We are looking for a Product Strategy (Ethereum Staking) with proven experience driving the profitability of a staking fleet.  You will strategise and work collaboratively to enhance the Nimbus staking fleet, focusing primarily on strategies that maximize profits and ensure competitiveness. You will ensure our staking fleet is optimised and current with the latest network upgrades and technological advancements. Requirements: - Strong background operating a staking fleet for profitability; - Proven experience generating profits from node/staking operations; - Experience in private mem pools; - Dedication to optimise and keep up to date with the developments in the space;  - Technical background with a focus on crypto-related projects or at least a deep understanding of Ethereum, staking and node operations; - Strong collaboration skills across fully remote, distributed teams.  Hiring process:

Interview with our People Ops team; Two or three interviews with Nimbus team members & the venture studio, the Institute of Free Technology.
