Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in blockchain development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and related infrastructure using the Rust programming language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement core components of blockchain infrastructure using Rust.
- Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) for platforms like Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, or Near
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and other developers
- Optimize performance and ensure the security of blockchain protocols
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation
- Stay up to date with blockchain trends and evolving technologies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Rust development experience.
- Solid understanding of blockchain concepts: consensus algorithms, cryptography, P2P networking, etc.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Rust-based blockchain ecosystem (e.g., Solana, Substrate, Near)
- Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment processes
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
