Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for First Round Coin’s ecosystem.

Implement secure, gas-efficient token transactions and on-chain features.

Contribute to the development of the Bank of First Round wallet, enabling seamless token management.

Optimize and enhance the scalability and security of our blockchain infrastructure.

Collaborate with the team to design and implement staking, governance, and rewards mechanisms.

Stay updated with blockchain trends, security threats, and best practices.

Work with frontend developers to integrate blockchain functionality into our platform.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in blockchain development.

Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages.

Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or alternative Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions.

Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other blockchain interaction libraries.

Knowledge of security best practices for smart contract development.

Understanding of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and DeFi protocols.

Ability to audit and optimize smart contracts for efficiency and security.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for decentralization and financial innovation.

Compensation:

This position is compensated via Token Allocation, providing the opportunity to earn a stake in First Round Coin’s growth. The allocation will be structured as:

Vesting Schedule: Multi-year vesting with a cliff period.

Performance-Based Rewards: Additional tokens for milestones and key contributions.

Strategic Influence: Early developers will have a say in governance and ecosystem direction.

Join us in shaping the future of decentralized finance and building a blockchain ecosystem that empowers athletes, entrepreneurs, and communities worldwide!
