任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,金融、计算机、数学等相关专业优先。
- 5 年以上互联网产品经理经验,含 2 年以上金融、证券、期货或数字货币交易产品经验。
- 理解现货/合约的各类下单模式及操盘逻辑,对仓位管理、订单系统、风险率控制有一定认知。
- 有成功的金融类产品规划与落地经验,具备良好的产品策划、项目管理与跨团队协调能力。
- 思维活跃、逻辑清晰,具备良好的表达能力与跨部门沟通协作能力。
- 熟练掌握主流产品设计工具,如 Axure、Figma、Office 等。
- 熟悉金融、证券、期货等交易行业的业务规则与合规要求。
