As our Global Lead CeFi Specialist Sales and Strategy, this person will utilize their skills to help Chainlink Labs build the world’s best CeFi GTM organization. This person will help our GTM organization define success metrics, organizational design, compensation plans, help us think through customer segmentation, and optimize GTM design for the CeFi segment. Every department, from ISRs to GTM to Customer Success, will lean on you to optimize the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting to renewal. This person will work with Product, and Marketing to ensure that our GTM plans to support and align with Company OKRs.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
