Duties and responsibilities
- Analyse and structure the existing documentation;
- Write documentation >
- Write technical documentation for existing functionality;
- Write REST API documentation;
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text;
- Write user notifications and product release notes;
- Keep the documentation up to date;
- Interact with product developers, analysts, testers and project manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in technical writing;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Ability to explain concepts clearly;
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development;
- Basic understanding of REST API;
- Attention to detail and multitasking;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Experience with OpenAPI specification and XWiki platform is preferred.
