- Build & maintenance Design System, Adhere to >
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. identify user’s pain point)
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and app maps
- Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and assessment.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct user interface and experience adjustments based on user feedback.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (preferably in financial/digital technology company)
- Having Portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of Design System (e.g Google Material, Material UI, etc)
- Strong knowledge of Crypto, Web3 Ecosystem and Blockchain technologies
- Familiarity with vector-based image/illustration.
- Familiar with Figma, Adobe XD, and Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Protopie, Principle.
- Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data.
- Cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, Emails) with knowledge about platform advantages and limitations.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
