About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Product Manager to join our Binance Square team. This role will focus on product data analysis, identifying user pain points, and optimizing product performance through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between product, data, and engineering teams, establishing robust analytics frameworks and tracking systems
Responsibilities
- Event Tracking Design & Implementation: Design and structure event tracking specifications for each product iteration cycle. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of all feature tracking implementations, preventing data gaps and inconsistencies
- Data Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with data teams to build comprehensive feature analytics dashboards and monitoring systems. Continuously update and optimize dashboard logic in alignment with product iterations and evolving requirements
- Data Insights & Reporting: Identify product design pain points through in-depth data mining and analysis. Provide actionable recommendations to support feature optimization and iteration planning with data-driven insights
- Solution Development & Execution: Translate data insights into concrete product solutions. Drive end-to-end execution by tracking development progress, ensuring complete implementation, and taking ownership of post-launch results and outcomes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related roles in technology companies
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in large-scale databases
- Solid foundation in data mining techniques and statistical analysis methods
- Familiar with mainstream data analytics platforms such as Sensors Data, DataWind, etc.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing event tracking frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas stakeholders
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or social media products
- Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing methodologies
- Background in business intelligence or data science
