As a Senior Solidity Developer you will be leading a team of developers to design and build smart contracts for Tracer DAO. It is expected that you have experience on a blue-chip financial protocol on the Ethereum blockchain and have a thorough understanding of security and solidity. You will be given a high level of ownership over your work, the opportunity to expand your knowledge of a fast-growing industry, and the chance to help build the decentralised infrastructure of the future.

Your Mission
- Work with and lead our team of engineers to design and build smart contracts for Tracer DAO
- Conduct technical research and architecture design for Tracer DAO
- Engage with the Tracer DAO technical community to discuss the implementation of Tracer
- Lead Mycelium developers following a two-week agile sprint cycle
- Learn, research, document and innovate as you build
Requirements
- Experience with Solidity in a production (Ethereum mainnet) environment
- High attention to detail
- Experience working as part of a distributed team
- Experience with Git and standard Git workflows
- 3+ years software development experience (any language)
- Availability to have a minimum of 4 of your daily work hours fall between 8am-7pm AEST
