The Senior Product Manager position is a unique opportunity to impact some of the most innovative companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—regulations are evolving, and market demand is sky-high for new financial products.  As the Senior Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to think big and influence the trajectory of Notabene's product roadmap. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the development team on defining the implementation details.  

What you'll be doing

• Define and manage product roadmap to meet company OKRs
• Collect and analyze data via qualitative and quantitative research (product data and user interviews)
• Collaborate with the management team to help define the core product strategy, goals, and functionality
• Supervise and support product managers to ensure synchronized efforts across the product teams and the rest of the company
• Collaborate with product designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature
• Maintain product roadmap, feature and bugs backlogs, and product documentation
• Help build and refine both product and development processes in order to maximize efficiency on both teams
• Drive product development from idea initiation to feature deployment
• Scope and prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, test new features and work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches
• Lead the efforts of expanding the reach of our products by working closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring new platform features to the market

What you'll bring

• 6+ years of experience in product management at SaaS B2B product
• Experience leading and delivering large and complex products
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex technical concepts
• Strong understanding of user experience, and technical & business issues
• Familiar with working in a start-up environment or working with a small, fast-paced team
• You’re passionate about building products, and constantly looking for new, creative ways of solving problems.
